Disappointing experience. Service was not great
rude tonefood cross-contamination
the service was not good. it took quite a while to get our drinks. i asked if the sauces were gluten-free because i have celiac disease, but the server seemed annoyed. when the sauces came, they were put right on my plate even though i was told they weren't gluten-free. it made me worried about cross-contamination.

I was upgraded to superior room from standard for a single night and i thought it was so good. i decided to stay for another night. This second room provided even better value. the food in the restaurant tasted really good and it was good value too. sue and other reception staff members were very helpful.

this hotel has a superior double room. the room had nice views from the balcony to the gardens. staff were attentive. i booked to stay again. the hotel has good swimming facilities. the receptionist gave a lovely welcome.
the standard room i saw was small. the standard room looked tired.

the hotel offered convenient parking within the grounds. the entrance showcased hanging baskets filled with petunias. the staff, especially simina, was attentive and promptly replenished drinks during my meal. the restaurant provided hot plates of simple, high-quality food. the portions were generous but not overwhelming.
